The Communications Museum is the most visible face of the Portuguese Communications Foundation, created on October 6, 1997 and whose institutions are ANACOM - Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações, CTT Correios de Portugal and PT - Portugal Telecom. The Museum is an active part in the realization of the Foundation's main mission: to promote the study, conservation and dissemination of the historical, scientific and technological heritage of Communications.
